Order, Payment and Delivery       

To place your order please choose the product, accessories and quantity and press “ADD TO CART” button. Afterwards you can proceed to finalising your order or continue browsing our products. 

Delivery costs will be shown at the order confirmation page. Please fill in any desired delivery place- your home, office or any other. Then proceed to payment method selection. 

All prices on REVALGRADE.COM are in Euros and payments are accepted only in Euros.

Payment options

After choosing the goods and confirming the order, you will be directed to the payment section of our web page. The payment options on REVALGRADE.COM are provided in collaboration with Montonio (Montonio Finance OÜ and Montonio Finance UAB), a secure and trustworthy partner who specializes in processing of online payments.

We offer the following ways of paying for your order:

• PayPal- fast, secure and reliable payment option any time
• Invoice payment – you can choose to pay for the goods by transferring the money directly to our bank account:

The delivery time may be extended by the time it takes for payment to be confirmed by the bank, usually 1-2 workdays within the EU. REVAL GRADE will confirm if the payment and the delivery time via email. You will receive the original invoice copy along with the order from our customer support info@revalgrade.com

REVALGRADE.COM (MX GRADE OÜ) is a responsible processor of personal data. REVALGRADE.COM (MX GRADE OÜ) forwards all required data for the payment processing to the authorized payment processor Montonio ((Montonio Finance OÜ and Montonio Finance UAB).

Delivery

The goods are shipped from our central warehouse in Estonia. In case we are out of stock with the item you would really like to get your hands on, please do not hesitate to contact us info@revalgrade.com. Delivery time for non-stock items may vary during the high season and due to the supplier’s delivery times between 2-6 months.

Delivery price will be shown with the delivery option on the order confirmation page. You can order delivery to your home, office, or to the specific address.

Delivery time: 5-10 working days in Northern and Eastern Europe. Delivery to other European countries will be notified via email. The courier will be in touch with the client on the day of delivery specified on order confirmation.

Buying as a company:

If you are buying as a company that is registered outside of Estonia and you have a valid VAT number, please be sure to add it to your account or send an e-mail to info@revalgrade.com. Based on the information of the item(s) you would like to purchase we will send you an invoice with 0% VAT. If no VAT number is provided the 20% VAT will be applied. After receipt of payment, your order will be processed and delivered to your delivery address.

Buying outside of the EU:

Based on the information of the item(s) you would like to purchase we will send you an invoice with 0% VAT. After receipt of payment, your order will be processed and delivered to your delivery address.
